This thoughtfully configured space features 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The interior reflects a modern, fresh aesthetic following its extensive updates, ensuring a high-end experience for every visitor.

Guest convenience is prioritized with specific parking arrangements. The parking lot is located directly underneath the building and is free for guests. While spaces are undesignated and guests may park in any spot, each unit is allotted one space. Some spaces are deep enough to accommodate two standard vehicles parked front to back. For those with larger vehicles, a detailed parking diagram with dimensions and height restrictions is provided in the listing photos. Additionally, a public beach parking lot is available one building over on Sandpiper Ln for $25 per day (9am to 8pm) on a first-come, first-served basis, with overnight parking permitted.

Practical details for your visit include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM.

Your four-legged companions are welcome here, provided they meet specific guidelines. Dogs weighing 50 lbs or less are permissible with a fee of $100 per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please note that pet requests must be made separately and prior to your stay.
