The main-level primary suite is a luxurious retreat offering a king bed, direct access to the screened porch, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like ensuite with a soaking tub, double vanity, and a smart shower featuring rain and handheld settings. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms each with queen beds and their own TVs, sharing a large second-floor bathroom. A futon in one of the queen bedrooms provides additional sleeping space.

Designed for shared experiences, the interior boasts an open living area with a gas fireplace, a 62-inch Smart TV, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a large island, and a Ninja coffee/espresso maker. For those wanting to stay active, a private ground-level gym is available, featuring a treadmill, weight bench, dumbbells, and a heavy bag.

The exterior is the heart of the property, featuring the largest waterfront backyard on the street. Guests can enjoy a fully fenced yard, a private hot tub, and a fire pit. The updated private dock includes a sitting area, fishing rod holders, two jet-ski floats, and a boat lift accommodating vessels from 16–30 feet (up to 10,000 lbs). After a day of boating or kayaking, rinse off in the outdoor shower or relax on the screened-in porch with the Blackstone grill.

Located perfectly for water enthusiasts, the home is right next to the boat launch and offers easy access to North Topsail Beach, local restaurants, and coastal attractions.

• Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs allowed (cats not permitted). A $200 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet; all pets must be approved prior to arrival.
• Rules: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No smoking inside the home. No events or gatherings (weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.) are permitted.
• Guest occupancy must not exceed the maximum limit, including infants and children.
