Sleeping arrangements include a first-floor King bed with an en suite, a second King bed featuring a Jack and Jill en suite, a third bedroom with two Full beds and a Jack and Jill en suite, and a fourth bedroom containing three Twin beds. For additional flexibility, the basement offers a Twin day bed equipped with a pull-out trundle.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join you. All linens are included—sheets, duvets, pillows, and a full set of bath, hand, face, and pool towels—with no additional linen fee. Regarding the pool: heating is free from the third Saturday in June through Labor Day. For shoulder-season stays (mid-April through November 1), pool heat is available for $99 per night; the pool is kept at 82°F and requires one day's notice. This policy is effective 2027. Guests have full access to the entire property with the exception of the garage.
