Sleeping quarters are located on the second floor, featuring one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom containing two twin beds and a dedicated TV area. For added comfort, the home is outfitted with memory foam mattresses and quality linens.

Guests will enjoy a professionally designed interior featuring coastal inspired décor with classic blue and white accents. The property provides an exceptional outdoor experience with exclusive access to a private backyard. Here, you will find a hot tub (available seasonally from spring through first frost), a BBQ grill, an outdoor shower, and a patio with an outdoor dining area with seating for four. For those heading to the coast, eight beach chairs are available in the bin behind the main house.

Practical Details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM via a keyless door code. Please note that the reservation holder must be at least 21 years old. Guests must complete a verification process and sign an agreement prior to check-in. Valid ID and a credit card are required; prepaid cards and peer-to-peer payment systems are not accepted. Pets, smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. For security and local regulation compliance, exterior video recording and decibel monitoring systems are installed.
