About Property

Welcome to the Salty Pirate, a spacious and inviting retreat in Sandwich, Massachusetts, designed for large groups to gather and create unforgettable memories on Cape Cod. This large home is perfectly positioned to capture the sun, which lights up the exterior and pours into the living areas and bedrooms, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout.

The property is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The main floor features a hallway leading to three bedrooms: the first with two double beds, the second with a double bed, and the third with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves this level. Upstairs, you will find a second large living space equipped with a couch, a card table, and a twin-over-twin trundle bed. This level also includes a second bathroom with a shower stall and a fourth bedroom featuring a twin bed and a twin-over-twin trundle (three twin beds total), though please note this room does not have a door.

The heart of the home is a fully equipped open-concept kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a dining area with a table for six. Large sliders open to the backyard, blending the indoor and outdoor experience. For a more intimate meal, a small breakfast table for two is also available. The main living room flows naturally from the kitchen, ensuring conversation continues while meals are prepared.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Salty Pirate, boasting a beautiful in-ground pool (not heated), a deck with seating and a grill, and a large grassy backyard perfect for taking in the Cape Cod breeze.

Located in the heart of Sandwich, the home is just a short walk to the Shawme-Crowell State Forest and a short ride to the Cape Cod Canal. Local favorites like The Local Tavern and Grille and Cafe Chew are nearby, and you are only about a mile from the Sandwich Glass Museum.
