The property is approximately 5 miles from downtown Plymouth's local shops and restaurants, and 5 miles from the Plymouth to Provincetown Ferry. For those seeking leisure or events, the Pinehills Golf Course and Mirabeau Inn and Spa are only 4 miles away. The Commuter Rail station to Boston is accessible within 7.5 miles, and the area is well-served by Uber and Lyft delivery services.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A rental agreement must be approved at the time of booking, and a driver's license is required. Please note that the home is not available as an event venue. Parking is strictly limited to the driveway (max 6 cars); street parking and parking on green spaces are not permitted. Charging or washing vehicles, as well as trailers, RVs, motor homes, or boats, is prohibited. For security and insurance, external cameras are located on the front and back of the house.

Pets: Dogs are welcome with a $250 fee per dog (maximum of 3 dogs, subject to pre-approval). This includes emotional support dogs. No cats or other animals are permitted due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws.
