About Property

Escape to the heart of the White Mountains and discover Rosewood Villa, a cozy log cabin located within the historic 250-acre Presidential Mountain Resort in Bethlehem, New Hampshire. This warm, all-wood retreat is ideal for families or small groups seeking a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

The villa is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring 2 private main-floor bedrooms each equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed and 1 bathroom. The living area invites you to unwind on a plush leather sofa by the glow of an electric fireplace, while large windows frame the surrounding nature. For those seeking a quiet retreat, the upstairs offers a versatile loft with beanbag chairs, perfect for reading, games, or simply relaxing.

While the villa provides a private sanctuary, guests have full access to a variety of resort experiences. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening sunset on your private porch, or explore the wider grounds which include direct lake access, a communal fire pit, a playground, and scenic nature trails. For additional relaxation and adventure, a shared barrel sauna and seasonal bike and boat rentals are available for an extra fee, and on-site massages can be arranged with advance booking.

Inside, the well-equipped kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, along with all necessary dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses.
