In total, the property features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms. Each individual cottage is designed for privacy and convenience, boasting its own private entrance, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
To ensure a stress-free stay, the well-appointed homes are stocked with everything you need to simply unpack and relax. Guests can enjoy the following features:

- Minimum Age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Families with children are warmly welcomed, but rentals to unsupervised minors are prohibited per Borough of Seaside Heights Ordinance 2023-20.
- Booking Policy: No third-party bookings are permitted; the person booking must stay for the entire duration.
- Verification: Government-issued photo ID and age verification for all guests may be required at booking or check-in to comply with local laws.
- Pets: Not allowed.

We do not accept prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings - You may not book on behalf of someone else. We accept families and adult couples/groups over 25 years of age. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested at the time of booking, prior to, or at the time of check-in.
NO SMOKING. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the home. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, e-vaping, etc. Smoking will not be tolerated and any smell of smoke in the home will result in a $350 fee.
NO PETS. If a pet is not disclosed to the host or is sneaked in the guest is at risk of their stay being terminated, without refund. Sneaking a pet in will result in a $500 fee.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. In accordance with Seaside Heights' local noise ordinance, loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. We kindly ask all guests to enjoy the space responsibly and help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
A $100 fee will be charged for each unreturned or missing beach badge.
We expect that our guests to treat the home as if it were their own home by leaving it in the same condition as you found it. The cleaning fee ensures every guest is provided with an immaculately cleaned and disinfected home, clean bedding and clean towels.
Upon any damage or malfunction to the unit or it's contents, please contact the host immediately for prompt repair.
Host/Co-host is not responsible for safety of guest(s) during duration of stay. Guests are to maintain a safe environment. Host/Co-host is not liable for any injuries that may occur on or near site. By booking, guests are confirming the receipt, knowledge, and compliance to this statement.

Please leave used beds unmade, handwash and put away all dirty dishes and utensils, clean out all food from cabinets and refrigerator in each cottage prior to checkout.
