Raising awareness of energy saving

Thank you for helping us save energy by turning off the lights when you leave the cottage and using the heater only with the door and windows closed. Please reduce the heating to 18 degrees when you leave the cottage. Let us know immediately if you hear an alarm. If there is a power outage, avoid using a large amount of water before the electricity returns.

Non-smokers

Please note that you are in a non-smoking property. If you do not comply with these regulations, you may be charged a fine of up to $500 under the Tobacco Act (T-0.01).

Parking

There is one (1) parking lot for up to 2 cars in the designated place of Unit #268.

Bathroom

IMPORTANT Do not flush into the toilet or washbasins: tampons, sanitary towels, and condoms. *Please throw them in the trash bin provided for this purpose.

Home

-To adjust the fireplace, slide the key to the left for maximum opening and slide to the right for a slight opening.*Keep the fireplace door closed at all times.

-Do not place wet items on the fireplace or on the steel plate on the floor to avoid burning your items and creating rust.

Campfires are prohibited outside except in the outdoor fireplace installed for this purpose.

-Defence from cutting down trees on the property land.

In case of fire, call 911 immediately.

Hot tub

-USE of the hot tub is at your own risk.*The maximum suggested use is 20 minutes.

Keep children under supervision at all times.

Take a shower before and after using the spa. *Do not enter the spa if you have massage oil or sunscreen on your body.

• No food, drink, drink or pets in the spa.

-The capacity of the spa is 4 people.

-The maximum water temperature should not exceed 102 ° f

-Replace the spa cover after each use.

-Do not sit or lie on the lid of the spa.

-Please note that excessive or improper use of the spa could result in a fee of $350.00 + taxes for a water drain and deep cleaning.

Insects and rodents

Your stay in the middle of the forest, although we check our cottages on a regular basis, you may see insects or rodents during your stay. Please make sure to keep the doors closed at all times to avoid visiting small intruders during your stay.

Damage & Insurance

-You are personally responsible for what could be damaged during your stay. Contact us as soon as possible to declare a breakage.

-In case of injury, loss of personal belongings or any other harmful events, you will have to contact your own insurance company. Cabin Sutton and the owners of the unit cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.

• If you notice any problems when you arrive, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid damages charged to your account.

Cabin Sutton Bond

In the event of an unforeseen event that no longer allows the full use of the chalet, Cabin Sutton will do everything in its power to find an equivalent chalet on its site. If this is not possible, we will help you find a similar rental property in the area.
