• Winter Access: 4WD with snow tires is highly recommended and required for safe travel during winter months. The host is not responsible for towing or vehicle removal.
• Connectivity: There is little to no cell phone coverage; all calls and texts must be made via WiFi calling.
• Occupancy: A strict maximum of 5 people is allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests may result in a charge of $100 per extra person and immediate eviction without refund.
• Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.
