Please note that a refundable damage deposit of $300 to $500 is required, which is returned 2 to 5 business days after departure, or guests may opt for a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $50 to $80 USD.

Additional house rules and policies include:

• Dogs are welcome (certain breeds only, subject to size) with an additional cleaning fee; however, cats are not accepted.
• Paid washer and dryer are available in a shared common area at a cost of $1.75 per load for each machine.
• Mid-stay extra cleaning, early check-in, and late check-out are available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
• Essential items are provided to start your stay, with extras kept in cabinets; guests are responsible for their own supplies thereafter.
