Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the home features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to maximize space: Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, and Bedroom 4 each feature one full/double bed, while Bedroom 3 is equipped with one full/double bed and one twin-on-twin bunk bed. To ensure a restful night, new mattresses have been installed throughout the property.

The interior boasts inviting spaces for family time, including a redesigned living room complete with a Smart TV. The home is well-equipped for any length of stay, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and a versatile drip/single K-Cup combo coffee maker. For your convenience, an iron and ironing board are also provided.

Step outside to enjoy the brand-new patio and deck, featuring a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. The property also includes a shed for storing beach gear and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand. To help you explore the area, the home provides two bikes, six beach chairs, one umbrella, and a variety of beach toys.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. The minimum age to rent and sign the lease agreement is 25 years old. A signed lease agreement is required to confirm your reservation.
