This spacious home accommodates up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 5 bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully distributed across three levels:

Top Level: Features a King bedroom with an ensuite, balcony, and smart TV. This floor is the heart of the home, boasting a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seat breakfast bar, a dining area for 8, and a living room complete with a sound bar and smart TV. Relax on the Ships Watch with its own table and seating for 4, and a convenient half bathroom is located along the stairwell.

Mid Level: Includes a second King bedroom with an ensuite, balcony, and smart TV, a Queen bedroom with an ensuite and balcony, and a Twin bedroom containing 2 beds with an ensuite and balcony. This level also offers additional living space for guests to unwind.

Lower Level: A fun-filled space featuring a bunk room with a trundle (two twins and one full), a full bathroom, and a recreational living area equipped with a pool table, smart TV, refrigerator, and sink.

Outdoor Living: Experience the coastal breeze with private outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, a private pool (open May 1st through mid-October), and a hot tub (available April 1st to January 1st).

Location & Neighborhood: Situated in a prime spot, you are just a 5-minute walk from beach access, Uncle Ike's Sandbar & Grill, and the Corolla Light Resort. Local highlights are just a short drive away, including the Currituck Beach Lighthouse (2 mins), Whalehead Club (3 mins), and Corolla Adventure Park (4 mins). For shopping and essentials, Timbuck II Shopping Village and Food Lion are both an 8-minute drive.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present throughout the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be 23+.
• Pets: Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 fee.
• Policies: Linens and towels are provided. A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is included.
• Fines: Up to $300 for unregistered pets, unapproved late departures, or excessive mess.
• Payment: 50% due at confirmation, remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.
