Important Guest Information: Guests must be at least 21 years old. Online ID verification is required before check-in, including government ID, matching selfie, and credit card verification for security purposes. Check-in is at 4 PM (early arrival may be possible after 2 PM by request). The property maintains a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy, with smoking prohibited within 10 feet of windows and doors. Violations incur additional fees: $50 cleaning charge for smoking paraphernalia, $250 deodorizing fee for indoor smoke odors.

Pool safety reminders: No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Pool vacuum must remain in water at all times. Central AC should be kept at 72°F or above to prevent freezing. Quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM per city ordinance. Wood-burning fires are prohibited. A non-active security camera is located above the garage (not recording).
