The top level is flooded with Carolina sunshine, boasting a lovely open floorplan that includes a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, a spacious dining area, and a living room with cozy couches. For those needing a productive space, there is a desk located in the ship's watch. This level is rounded out by a large master king suite featuring a full ensuite bath and a garden soaking tub.

Downstairs, you will find four additional bedrooms, each with direct bathroom access. These include another master king suite, a queen suite with a full bath, a bunk room with 4 twin beds, and a second twin room with 2 beds, the latter two sharing a convenient jack-and-jill bathroom. On the ground level, a bonus den provides endless entertainment with a pool table, arcade machine, TV, and a mini kitchenette.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, featuring a brand new pool with free heat (available April through October), a 7-person hot tub installed in 2024, and mid-level decks with a relaxing porch swing.

Guest access includes exclusive Buck Island community perks such as a fantastic community pool, tennis and basketball courts, a children's playground, and a cabana-style bath house at the private beach access with lighted walkways.

• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over 25.
• Pets: Not permitted. Violations, along with late departures or excessive mess, may result in fines up to $300.
• Payment: 50% due at booking, remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.
