Sleeping quarters on this level include a master king bedroom with a private full ensuite bath, alongside two queen bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill full bath. The lower level provides additional privacy and entertainment with another king bedroom, a twin bunk room, and a full bathroom. This floor also features a bonus family room equipped with its own TV and a 4-player gaming system offering thousands of games, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

For those seeking shade, the outdoor living space under the deck features comfortable polywood furniture. For convenience, an outdoor shower and rinsing station are located near the entrance to keep the home comfortably sand-free.

Located in Southern Shores, North Carolina, the home is just a 1-minute walk to the beach. The surrounding area is highly convenient, with Steamers Restaurant & Catering only 6 minutes away and a 7-minute drive to Walmart, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, and Kitty Hawk Pier. The Duck Town Park Boardwalk and Downtown Duck are just an 8-minute drive from your door.

• Pets: Up to two pets welcome with a $150 pet fee
• Age Requirement: Per HOA and local laws, the primary reservation guest must be at least 23 years old and present for the entire stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be 23+.
• Payment: 50% at booking, remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
• Important: Fines up to $300 may apply for unregistered pets, late departures, or excessively messy homes.
