This retreat features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. All bedrooms are located on the second floor for your convenience. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed with a workspace and en-suite bathroom in the first bedroom, a Queen bed with a TV in the second, two Full beds in the third, and two bunk beds (twin over full) in the fourth.

Step inside to a warm and inviting living area, complete with an indoor fireplace perfect for chilly evenings. For entertainment, you can challenge your group to friendly competition in the game area located in the garage, which features Foosball and Air Hockey. • Pets: Not allowed
• Trash: All trash must be removed from the house upon departure to avoid attracting wildlife; use the community Trash Center.
• Mandatory HOA Fees: These are not included in the booking price and must be paid separately online. Fees include a Temporary Membership (seasonal rates apply), a $20 Gate Pass per vehicle, and a $20 Administration Fee. All fees must be paid at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a $100 late fee. The community does not accept registrations or payments less than 1 day prior to arrival.
