This floor also hosts a luxurious primary king bedroom with an ensuite bath and semi-ocean views, along with a second king bedroom featuring its own ensuite bath.

The mid-level is dedicated to relaxation, offering a king bedroom with an ensuite bath and a queen bedroom with an additional twin bed. This level also includes a hallway bathroom and a cozy den with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. The ground floor serves as the entertainment hub, featuring a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a laundry room.
