Designed for ultimate comfort, this spacious retreat features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured for groups of all sizes: two king bedrooms each featuring private full baths, one queen bedroom, and one twin bedroom. For additional flexibility, a fifth bedroom offers a king bed paired with a daybed and trundle, while the basement provides bunk beds (two twins) for the kiddos. A third full bathroom is conveniently located on the main level.

Inside, the home is packed with comforts to make your stay perfect. The beautiful, fully stocked kitchen is ready for the family chef, complemented by a dining area with a table for 10 and six barstools. The living room provides a comfortable space to unwind with multiple couches, and for those needing to check in with work, there is a spacious desk available. Guests can also enjoy the screened-in porch with a picnic table or relax on one of the multiple decks.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this unique oasis. Beyond the private canal-front beach and fire pit, guests have access to kayaks, beach gear, and a propane grill. An outdoor shower ensures the home remains comfortably sand-free. The ocean beach is just a short 5-minute drive away, with designated parking passes provided for your convenience.

• Age Requirements: Per HOA guidelines, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over 25.
• Payment: 50% due at booking, remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
• Policies: Fines up to $300 apply for unregistered pets, failure to pick up after pets, late departures without approval, or leaving the house excessively messy.
• Note: Linens, towels, and a starter supply of toiletries/paper products are provided.
