Additional rooms include a Queen Bedroom with Jack-and-Jill bathroom access, a Bunk Room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a bedroom with both a king bed and a twin-over-full bunk, and a loft bedroom equipped with a queen and a twin-sized bed. A cozy hallway sitting nook provides an extra spot for relaxation.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the charming Sea Colony community, this home is a short 10-15 minute walk through the neighborhood to a private oceanfront beach walkway. Guests are centrally located near the scenic Duck Boardwalk, Duck Town Park, and the boutique shops and restaurants of Downtown Duck. Nearby explorations include the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the Duck Museum of Natural History, and the historic Wright Brothers National Memorial.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM via a contactless code; check-out is by 10:00 AM. One dog up to 60 lbs is welcome for a $325 fee. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the pool. House rules strictly prohibit parties, smoking/vaping indoors, and the use of adhesives or glitter on walls. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM. A maximum of 4 vehicles may be parked in designated areas. Pool heating is available for $125 per day (plus tax) with five days' notice.
