The home is a single-level residence (with one small set of steps to the front door) featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King-size bed in the first bedroom, a Queen-size bed in the second, and two Twin beds in the third. For added convenience, both the King and Queen bedrooms offer direct deck access via sliding doors. Each room is equipped with high-quality pillows, linens, sheets, closets with hangers, and nightstands with lamps. The full bathroom includes a bath/shower combo, hair dryer, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Inside, the living room welcomes you with soaring ceilings and natural light, offering a cozy space to lounge with a Smart TV, accent chairs, books, and board games. The well-appointed kitchen and dining area feature a dining table with seating for 8, a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, and a drip coffee maker, along with all necessary cookware and bakeware. Outdoor living is a highlight, featuring a screened porch, deck seating, Adirondack chairs, a dual-head outdoor shower, and a private hot tub (available seasonally from April 1 to November 1). Parking is available in the sandy driveway for up to 3 cars.

• Policies: No pets allowed ($400 infraction fee), no smoking or vaping inside the home or within 50 feet of the building, and no parties or events. Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited.
• Requirements: Guests must complete a rental agreement and a Truvi guest verification prior to arrival.
• Fees: A nonrefundable Safely Protection Policy fee is applied in lieu of a security deposit.
• Security: Exterior security cameras are active at all points of ingress and egress.
