The first floor features a cozy living area, dining space, and an additional living room with a sofa bed that can serve as a fourth bedroom. Upstairs, the home offers a master king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi tub, a second king bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin over full bed and a trundle twin. Step outside to your private oasis, complete with a sparkling pool (heated for free in April/May and September/October), a relaxing hot tub, and a gas grill perfect for alfresco dining. The outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away. The Currituck Club, where this home is located, offers a wealth of on-site amenities, including a fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and more. Whether you're looking to stay active or simply unwind, there's something for everyone. Please note that per HOA guidelines, guests must be at least 23 years old and present during the entire stay. Up to two pets are welcome with a $150 fee. The pool is open from April 1st through the second week of November, and pool heating is available for an additional fee.
