Baycation accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, with 2 full bathrooms. The sun-filled master bedroom features a private patio, king bed, and queen futon sleeper sofa, plus a luxurious en suite bathroom with your very own soaker tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the additional 2 bedrooms have full/twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom includes a bathtub for easy kid bath time.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM with seamless self check-in via smart lock. Please note that landscaping is scheduled Monday through Wednesday, and trash service occurs three days per week. Guests must complete verification through Truvi before arrival. Pet fees apply at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days. Please maintain conversation-level outdoor noise between 10 PM and 6 AM, and note that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
