The home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the main level hosts a queen bedroom with direct patio access; the second floor contains a spacious master suite with a king bed and a private balcony, as well as a cozy queen bedroom; the third floor provides a sunlit kids' room with two single beds. For bathing, guests have access to two full bathrooms featuring an enclosed shower and a shower/tub combo, plus a convenient half bath on the third floor.

Outdoor adventure is at the center of the experience here. Guests have full access to a stocked back shed containing kayaks, floats, cornhole boards, umbrellas, and extra refrigerators. You can cast a line or set crab pots right off the private dock, or launch into the Piankatank River, Fishing Bay, Hills Bay, Rappahannock, or the Chesapeake. The exterior is further enhanced by a sparkling private pool, a propane grill, and a large outdoor dining area that seats eight under a retractable deck awning.
