Outdoor living is the heartbeat of this property. Guests can relax in the new saltwater pool, which is both heated and cooled. The property also boasts an oversized deck, a propane firepit for stargazing by the water, and a private basketball court on a newly paved driveway.

Waterfront activities abound with a private pier, perfect for fishing with children or dining at the pier-end table. For those seeking adventure, kayaks and a paddleboard are included for exploring the Intracoastal Waterway, which can be viewed from almost every room in the house. Please be aware that water depth off the pier ranges from 1 inch to 3 feet depending on the season and tide, making it unsuitable for docking boats.
