Sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms with en suite baths (one located upstairs and one downstairs), a queen guest bed, and an additional guest bedroom equipped with a full and a twin bed.

Boaters will find the locale ideal, with a concrete dock available to tie up your vessel for a short cruise to Harkers Island, Cape Lookout, Beaufort, and Morehead City. • Pets: Furry friends are welcome! There is a pet fee of $20 per dog, per night, with a maximum of three dogs allowed. Please message the host to add this fee to your reservation.
• Trash: There is no trash pickup for this property; guests must transport trash to the local recycling convenience center or landfill. Trash left behind will incur a $75 fee.
• Dock: Please note there is no water available at the dock.
• Kitchen: The fridge ice maker is currently broken, but a separate countertop ice maker is provided for your convenience.
• Rental Agreement: After booking, guests are required to sign a rental agreement through the property management company, Away by the Sea, to outline house rules and local regulations.
