Make your vacation dreams come true at Dreamweaver, a charming dog-friendly cottage nestled in the quiet wooded section of Oak Island, North Carolina. This inviting retreat is perfectly positioned just one block from the 40th Street beach access, offering a serene escape where you can leave your worries behind.

The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 9 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite featuring a large open shower and TV. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom is ideal for families with two sets of twin-over-full bunkbeds. Additionally, there is a flexible sleeping area off the primary suite with a twin bed and its own private entrance to the mid-side yard. A shared hall bath with a tub and shower serves the additional bedrooms.

Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the cottage features a large screened-in porch equipped with a shuffleboard table, TV, comfortable seating, and an additional refrigerator for beverages. The backyard is a haven for outdoor fun, boasting corn hole, a fire pit, and a propane outdoor heater. For those who love the sea, there is an outdoor sink to clean your fresh catch and a propane grill to cook it. Guests can also enjoy bikes for exploring the island, along with provided beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off salt and sand before heading inside to the full-sized washer and dryer.

The interior features a dining room that seats 9 with colorful dinnerware and a living area with comfortable leather sofas, a Bose surround sound speaker, cable, and a 6-CD player. The kitchen is well-equipped with a drip and K-cup coffee maker, a pot for low country boils, an electric fryer, and a large grocery pantry. Please note there is no automatic dishwasher.

Located just a short drive from local restaurants, shopping, and the iconic OKI Lighthouse, the cottage is also near seasonal attractions like the splash pad and outdoor concert venue. The quaint town of Southport is only 30 minutes away.

3. Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 80lbs**A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. Cats are not allowed at this property.
