• Dog-friendly: Only 1 dog is allowed with a non-refundable $300 pet fee (bringing more than one dog results in a $450 fine).
• No smoking or vaping permitted on the property.
• No events or parties; violations may result in eviction or a $500 charge.
• Ferry tickets, parking, and tram reservations are not included and must be handled via the BHI Ferry website.
• BHI Club memberships and golf access are available for additional fees; Shoals Club is not included.
