This first-floor living space is designed for relaxation and ease, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include an Owner's Suite with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and access to a hall full bathroom.

Doc House is defined by its connection to nature, surrounded by a protected maritime forest with towering trees and local wildlife. Inside, more than 60 windows—many of which are floor-to-ceiling—flood the home with natural light and provide stunning vistas of the ocean, marsh, and forest. Guests can enjoy new floors and new living room furniture throughout the interior. Outside, expansive decks with new furniture provide space to unwind, and a private beach boardwalk leads directly to the shore for incredible sunsets. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a day in the sand.

• Pets: Dog-friendly with a non-refundable fee ($250 for one dog, $350 for two).
