The interior layout is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, with a total guest capacity of 6. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom and a versatile loft sleeping area to accommodate your party.

Inside the cabin, you will find a variety of inviting details, including a large stone fireplace in the living room and a wood-burning stove to keep you cozy during chilly nights. The main bathroom features a relaxing spa tub with jets, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. For your convenience, the home is equipped with central AC and heat and a fully-stocked kitchen complete with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy a huge wrap-around deck featuring a propane grill, or gather the whole gang around the outside fire pit to roast s’mores under the stars.

Located in Great Cacapon, the retreat is perfectly positioned for nature lovers and explorers. You are just a short trip away from the Great Cacapon River, which is fantastic for fishing, canoeing, and kayaking all year round. Additionally, a 20-minute drive takes you into Berkeley Springs, a town voted as one of the top arts communities in the US, offering amazing festivals, shopping, and a wonderful restaurant and spa scene.

• Important Notes: Guests are encouraged to bring their own firewood for the fireplace. Please be aware that local tap water may have a yellow/brown appearance due to natural iron and manganese levels; while safe to drink, bottled water is recommended. Due to the natural mountain setting, some leaves or pollen may be present on the decks and walkways.
