The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across the condo to ensure everyone has their own space: the master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom offers two full beds, and the third bedroom provides a queen-size bed. For those traveling with infants, a travel crib is available on-site.

The heart of the home is an open living area set up for relaxed group time, featuring a comfortable sofa and TV. A dining table seats six, complementing a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials including pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. The two full bathrooms come equipped with showers, hair dryers, shampoo, and fresh towels. For added convenience during extended visits, an in-unit washer and dryer are provided, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Both Miami International and Fort Lauderdale airports are approximately 25 minutes from the property.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note a one-time resort fee of $51.50 per stay is collected at check-in by the building. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Unit access is provided via key fobs; lost or non-returned fobs will result in a $50 fee plus administrative charges. Guests should be aware that the building is currently under construction, which may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this time, windows must remain closed and the balcony is inaccessible. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an extra charge. Pets are not allowed.
