Located on the first floor for easy access, the condo maintains a cozy alpine feel throughout. The living room area is particularly welcoming, featuring elegant hardwood floors and a gas fireplace, complemented by a sleeper sofa that creates an ideal space to unwind after an adventurous day on the mountain.

Situated in a prime location, Summit 101B is positioned across the road from the Rimfire Lodge and below the General Parking Lot. To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information and house rules: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years of age; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. Verification is required via a photo of the driver's license and a selfie holding the ID, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

For the comfort of all guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping, and no pets are allowed. Pets found on the premises will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250 charge. Additionally, there are no air conditioning units in this property. Large gatherings are prohibited, and mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Mailbox access is not granted.
