The residence is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom featuring a pillow top Queen bed with a TV/DVD and a private full bath, while the second bedroom provides two twin beds and a TV/DVD. For additional guests, the living room includes a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa. The property features a total of 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms.

Designed for the outdoor enthusiast, the home includes specific functional details such as a ski storage entry and a cozy gas fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes. To keep your gear and wardrobe fresh, a washer and dryer are available within the unit. Please note that there is no air conditioning in this property.

Practical information and house rules are strictly enforced to ensure a quality stay for all. Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years of age; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. Verification is required via a photo of the driver's license and a selfie holding the license, along with a signed Rental Agreement returned within 24 hours of booking.

Additional restrictions include a strict no-pets policy (violations result in immediate eviction and a $250 charge), no smoking or vaping, and no large gatherings. Quiet hours are mandatory between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a limit of two cars per reservation, and parking passes will be emailed before arrival. Mailbox access is not permitted.
