Guests can enjoy the luxury of being just steps away from the Camp 4 Trail, an easy novice run that provides direct access to the expansive Snowshoe ski system.

The layout is designed for relaxation and group harmony, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a cozy queen bed paired with a private full bath for added privacy. The second bedroom is versatile, containing one set of bunks and one twin bed. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

Located on North Mountain, the property boasts expansive mountain views that capture the beauty of the West Virginia landscape. Whether you are visiting for the winter slopes or summer bike park, the slope-side location ensures you spend less time commuting and more time enjoying the outdoors. Please note that this townhome does not have air conditioning.

To ensure a seamless stay, please adhere to the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years of age; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. For verification, the reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

Strict policies are in place to maintain the quality of the home: pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited. Large gatherings are not permitted, and mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additionally, there is a limit of two cars per reservation, with parking passes emailed prior to arrival. No mailbox access is granted. We recommend checking the availability of lift tickets, lessons, or bike park passes before finalizing your reservation to maximize your Snowshoe experience.
