This home boasts a brand-new kitchen installed in 2024, fully equipped with modern appliances including an electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. A dining table for 6 makes it easy to enjoy shared meals after a day on the slopes. For entertainment, the living room features a 60-inch smart TV, and smart TVs are also provided in both bedrooms.

Situated in the heart of the Village, the property is slope-side and ideally located next door to the Ski & Snowboard School, various shops, and local restaurants. Guests also have the option to access the Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs for an additional cost.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The minimum age to reserve this property is 25; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. Guests must complete all check-in requirements, including submitting a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license for verification. A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

Strict house rules apply: Pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited. Large gatherings are not permitted, and mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please note that mailbox access is not granted under any circumstances.
