The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this age requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. For verification, the reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

Strict policies are in place to maintain the quality of the home: pets are not allowed (unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250 charge), smoking and vaping are prohibited, and large gatherings are not permitted. Additionally, mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and mailbox access is strictly prohibited. Guests are encouraged to verify the availability of lift tickets, lessons, or bike park passes before finalizing their reservation.
