The layout is designed for flexibility and comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom on the first floor with a King bed, while the second bedroom is located in the loft area, accessed by a charming spiral staircase. The loft is equipped with one bunk bed and one loft bed over a futon, and a sleeper sofa in the living room ensures the space can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests.

Inside the home, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient washer/dryer, and a wood fireplace to keep you warm after a day on the mountain. The unit also features a private balcony to take in the crisp mountain air. Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. Guests must complete check-in requirements, including submitting a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license, and returning a signed Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking.

Strict policies include: no pets (violations result in immediate eviction and a $250 charge), no smoking or vaping, and no large gatherings. Mandatory quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM. Mailbox access is not granted. Please verify the availability of lift tickets, lessons, or bike rentals before booking your stay.
