Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this home; failure to meet this age requirement will result in cancellation without a refund.

Strict house rules apply to ensure a peaceful stay: no pets are allowed (violations result in immediate eviction and a $250 charge), no smoking or vaping, and no large gatherings. Quiet hours are mandatory between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Reservation holders must complete verification by submitting a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the ID, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. No mailbox access is granted.
