The second bedroom is a charming loft featuring two separate sleeping areas with a Full bed and a Twin bed, sharing a half bath. For entertainment, the loft includes a TV and a foosball table, providing a fun escape for guests of all ages.

The heart of the home is a large living space defined by high ceilings and the warmth of an electric fireplace. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.

To rent this property, the reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund. Verification is required via a photo of the driver's license and a selfie holding the license, and a signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.

Strict policies are in place to ensure a pleasant stay for all: pets are not allowed (violations lead to immediate eviction and a $250 charge), smoking and vaping are prohibited, and large gatherings are not permitted. Mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please note that mailbox access is not granted.
