Designed for comfort and versatility, the property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a Master bedroom with a Queen bed, while the second bedroom is thoughtfully set up with a set of twin bunk beds featuring a trundle, alongside a full-sized bed. The living space is anchored by a log burning fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes (please note that wood must be purchased separately at the Locker Room Sports Bar in the lobby).

While the unit provides a private sanctuary, guests have access to extensive lodge features. Silver Creek Lodge is situated just steps from the ski area, renowned for its great trails, terrain parks, and night skiing. The area is also home to the Coca-Cola Tube Park and Adaptive Sports Program.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be 25 years or older; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund.
• Pets: Not allowed. Pets found on the property will result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250.00 charge.
• Restrictions: No smoking, no vaping, and no large gatherings.
• Quiet Hours: Mandatory quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• Verification: Reservation holders must provide a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license for verification. A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
