This inviting retreat offers the perfect blend of nature and entertainment for those looking to experience the beauty of the Highland Ridge.

The property features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to maximize space, featuring a Queen bed and two full-size beds in the loft, as well as a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. The loft serves as a dedicated entertainment hub, complete with a Mortal Kombat Arcade cabinet, XBOX, BlueRay player, DVDs, and a collection of board games. Please note that the stairs leading to the loft are steep.

Inside, you will find a full kitchen equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. For relaxation, the home boasts a private balcony with serene wooded views and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, with firewood conveniently available in the parking lot.

Located atop the Highland Ridge, the property is ideally situated for adventure, positioned approximately 100 yards (a 3-minute walk) from the Powderidge lift and about 1 mile from the Village. We recommend checking the availability of lift tickets, lessons, bike park passes, and rentals before confirming your reservation.

Practical Information and House Rules:

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old; failure to meet this requirement will result in cancellation without a refund.
• Verification: Reservation holders must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding the license for verification. A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed (violations result in immediate eviction and a $250 fee). No smoking, vaping, or large gatherings. No mailbox access is permitted.
• Quiet Hours: Mandatory between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Note: This property has no air conditioning.
