Here, you can enjoy appetizers around the four-person table or unwind in the hammock with a good book. These rooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower.

The second level is the heart of the home, boasting a great room with high 20-foot ceilings and tile flooring. The roomy kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring granite countertops and new appliances, with a large counter providing seating for four and a kitchen table that accommodates ten. The family room is ideal for socializing, featuring a flat-screen TV and a variety of board games, books, DVDs, and cards for your entertainment.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Vehicle Policy: Maximum of 4 passenger vehicles permitted overnight (11 PM - 7 AM). Each vehicle requires a gate pass ($45 per vehicle). The first gate pass is included in your stay; additional passes must be requested through the office.
• Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs): Permitted, provided they are registered, insured, and follow all SIPOA requirements. LSVs count toward the 4-pass maximum.
• Amenity Access: Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is included. This includes complimentary use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool via a digital QR code. Additional costs apply for golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, and the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool ($15 per person/day).
