The sleeping arrangements include a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. For additional guests, the home offers a pullout full sofa bed and a rollaway twin bed.

Designed for relaxation and outdoor living, the property boasts an oversized back deck with seating for more than a dozen people—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the palms. The interior has been completely renovated from top to bottom, including an updated kitchen, redone bathrooms, and a brand-new HVAC system and water heater.

As this is a gated community, your stay includes access to the Amenity Card system. This provides entry to the island's championship golf courses, resort-style pools, tennis, pickleball, dining, and the oceanfront Beach Club. Beyond the club, you will have complimentary access to over three miles of uncrowded, private beach, located just a short bike ride away down the moss-draped curve of Captain Sam's Road.

• Pets: Well-behaved dogs are permitted for an additional fee
• Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicle gate passes (including gas-powered LSVs). A $45 fee per vehicle applies, and driver information is required 2 weeks prior to arrival
• Restrictions: No smoking or vaping; this is not a party property
• Fees: A $69 non-refundable fee applies for $1500 of damage protection coverage
• Lakehouse Pool: Pre-order forms must be submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks before arrival to avoid a $10 late fee
