Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort across two stories. The main level features a primary suite with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and direct deck access for scenic vistas. Upstairs, a second king suite boasts its own enclosed porch overlooking the marsh. The additional bedrooms include two rooms with queen beds and one room featuring twin bunk beds, ensuring ample space for family and friends.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property. One dog is allowed with approval and a non-refundable $125 pet fee. Please note that a $40 per vehicle fee is required for gate passes to enter the resort community. To access island amenities, guests must preorder a digital amenity QR code through the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Note that beach and pool towels are not provided.
