• Bedroom Two (First Floor): Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo), TV, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan.
• Bedroom Three (Upstairs): Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo), TV, dresser, large closet, and ceiling fan.
• Bedroom Four (Upstairs): Queen bed, TV, large closet, and ceiling fan.
• Bedroom Five (Upstairs): Two twin beds, TV, dresser, large closet, and ceiling fan.

The interior is designed for comfort, starting with a spacious living area featuring brand new leather seating, a large smart TV, built-in bookcases, and a decorative fireplace. A large dining room provides ample seating for family meals, while the kitchen is equipped with new, high-end appliances and a well-stocked selection of cookware. • Check-in: 4:00 PM via contactless keypad/lockbox
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Strict limit of 4 vehicle passes (including LSV golf carts). A $45 fee per vehicle applies.
• Policies: No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping. This is not a party property.
• Cancellations: Free up to 30 days before stay.
• Special Notes: Digital Amenity Cards are included for access to the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and golf. The outdoor Lakehouse pool is complimentary (pre-order form required 2 weeks prior). A $69 non-refundable fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.
