The well-stocked kitchen is a chef's delight with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, offering ample seating in a sunny breakfast nook and a main dining area.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a 55-inch multi-positioning smart TV, a fantastic ocean view, and a brand-new 2024 en suite bath featuring a custom tiled oversized shower with a bench and dual showerheads. A second bedroom offers two twin beds with full bathroom access, while the third bedroom provides another king bed and its own en suite bath. All bedrooms are finished with high ceilings, wood floors, and HDTVs.

Outdoor living is a breeze with sliding patio doors leading to a screened porch and an open deck. Relax on the polywood rocking chairs, enjoy al fresco dining, or lounge on the chaise chairs. For convenience, two outdoor showers are located in the carport to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

Located just steps from Seabrook Island's 3.5 miles of pristine beaches, you can walk down Boardwalk #1 to the sands or stroll toward Cap'n Sam's Inlet to witness the dolphin strand feed.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please note there is a Ring camera on the front exterior. A maximum of 3 passenger vehicles may be parked overnight (11 PM - 7 AM), and the first gate pass is included in your stay. Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) rentals are permitted, provided they meet all registration and insurance requirements. Amenity access to the Seabrook Island Club and Lake House facilities is available for purchase.
