Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across two levels to ensure everyone has their own space. On the first floor, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The upper level hosts a second master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, alongside several other king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. For the children or those seeking whimsy, the villa includes several themed rooms: a Marvel-themed room with a twin bunk bed and a twin bed, an Alice-themed room with two twin bunk beds, a Harry Potter-themed room with a full bunk bed, and a Frozen-themed room with a twin bunk bed and a twin bed. Many of these themed spaces also include their own ensuite bathrooms.

The home is designed for connection and entertainment, featuring two separate living areas, a dedicated game room, and a cinema for cozy movie nights. A large full kitchen anchors the common space, complemented by two indoor dining areas for group meals.
