Designed for maximum relaxation, the home features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements include three private suites: Bedroom 1 and 2 each feature a king bed and private bathroom, while Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and private bathroom. For the kids and cousins, Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, Bedroom 5 features two full beds, Bedroom 6 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 7 provides a full bed plus a twin bed; these four rooms share well-maintained bathrooms.

Inside, you will find a bright, open living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing big family meals. To ensure a seamless stay, a washer and dryer are available within the home.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, with your own private pool and spa. Please note that pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

Beyond the home, you have full access to the stunning Windsor Island Resort clubhouse. • Registration: Guests must be 21+ to book. A complete guest list (first and last names) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival for resort access.
• Parking: Maximum of 4 registered vehicles. Please park 2 in the main driveway, 1 in the extended driveway, and 1 in a legal spot. Parking on sidewalks or blue curbs is strictly prohibited and may result in towing.
• Deliveries: The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries; USPS does not deliver to this address.
