The upstairs layout centers around a large loft area, which serves as a cozy family seating space ideal for movie nights and includes a pool table for entertainment.

The main level is defined by an open floor plan bathed in natural light, creating a bright and spacious living area. For those seeking endless fun, the air-conditioned, themed games room is a major highlight, complete with arcade games, a foosball table, and a TV. When it is time to relax, head to the private backyard to enjoy the pool and bubbling spa, complemented by four sun loungers, outdoor sofa seating, and an outdoor dining table that seats six.

• Parking: Maximum of 5 vehicles. Additional parking requests must be made with the HOA 2 weeks prior to arrival; additional vehicles cost $35.00 per day.
• Pool Heating: Available October-May for $30 per night plus tax (minimum 4 consecutive days).
• Guest Access: Access information is provided 3 days before check-in.
