The first floor hosts a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The second floor offers three additional king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, along with imaginative themed rooms for the kids: a Toy Story room with two twin beds, a Nemo room with two twin beds, and an Aladdin room featuring a bunk bed.

Designed with entertainment in mind, the interior boasts spacious open-concept living areas and a fun game room enhanced by cool lighting. For added convenience, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and TVs in every bedroom as well as the living and family rooms.

Step outside to your private outdoor retreat, which features a screened-in swimming pool with a spa (non-jacuzzi) and a child safety pool fence. The area is completed with sun loungers and a spacious seating area perfect for relaxing after a day at the theme parks.

Located in the gated Windsor Island Resort, guests enjoy a prime location approximately 8 miles from Disney, 7 miles from Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, and 16 miles from SeaWorld, with easy access to US-27 and I-4. Residents have access to incredible resort amenities, including an Olympic-sized pool with a lazy river, double water slides, a 9-hole mini golf course, lighted tennis courts, a professional fitness center, and a full-service bar.
